One route remains materially unclear.
Readiness should stop where independent examination needs to begin. A bounded Exposure Diagnostic may be appropriate when the route cannot be reconstructed end to end, material AI influence remains undocumented, human review exists without usable intervention, authority and consequence are misaligned, escalation cannot alter the route before effect, or the surviving evidence depends on retrospective reconstruction.

Is this a compliance course?
No. Regulatory context may be relevant, but the programme focuses on decision-route readiness: whether a consequential AI-assisted route can be observed, mapped, challenged and reconstructed.
Does this diagnose our organisation?
No. The programme supports preparation and capability transfer. A formal exposure determination belongs to the separately scoped ID∆AC™ Exposure Diagnostic.
Do participants need technical AI expertise?
No. The focus is operational: system influence, route formation, options, human review, authority, escalation, evidence and reconstructibility.
Why start with one decision route?
Because structural questions become inspectable in concrete routes. Starting with the whole organisation usually produces policy language; starting with one route produces evidence.
Are the guided and organisational formats available now?
Not yet. The Core layer is the current public entry point. The Applied and Organisational forms will open only when their operating format, materials and delivery boundaries are ready for publication.
