ID∆AC™ · Scope Review
Request an initial scope review.
Use this page to request an initial conversation about whether the ID∆AC™ Exposure Diagnostic is appropriate for a specific AI-assisted or technically mediated decision route.
The initial scope review determines whether the pathway is suitable for a bounded diagnostic before any sensitive material is shared.
Before contacting ID∆AC™
Prepare the decision route before the first conversation.
The Pre-Diagnostic Intake Form helps structure an initial request without submitting unnecessary or sensitive material through the website.
At this stage, ID∆AC™ only needs enough context to understand the decision route, the technical influence, the human authority layer, available evidence and why the pathway may require review.
Useful information
What to include in the initial request.
Decision route
Which pathway should be examined?
Describe the decision type, process stage, business area, operational context or trigger event.
Technical influence
Where did technical systems enter?
Identify AI tools, analytics, scores, rankings, recommendations, summaries or automated workflow elements.
Human authority
Who reviewed, approved or could intervene?
Note the human roles involved and whether they had discretion, veto power, escalation access or practical time to challenge the output.
Available evidence
What records may exist?
Mention the existence of policies, logs, approvals, decision records, timestamps, emails, reports or review notes without sending sensitive files yet.
Escalation
Could the route be challenged?
Indicate whether escalation, override, appeal, second review or internal challenge mechanisms existed.
Trigger
Why is review needed now?
Explain whether the trigger is an audit, dispute, complaint, governance review, regulatory question, executive concern or preventive assessment.
Sensitive material
Do not send confidential material before a disclosure route is agreed.
Evidence Handling & Confidentiality
The initial scope review should not include confidential, regulated, privileged, personal, commercially sensitive or security-relevant material.
If the diagnostic is appropriate, ID∆AC™ will agree a suitable communication and disclosure route before reviewing sensitive evidence.
Engagement structure
